Making your child feel exceptionally special and important.

Making children feel exceptionally special and important on their party day is what I love to do. 


I’ve spent several years thoroughly enjoying coming up with new twists on the old traditional favourites and creating new games to make my own children’s parties captivating, exciting and most importantly fun for all.


Five years ago I was asked to run the party games for a few friends’ children, which was fantastic fun, I set up Penny Layne Parties so I could continue to make children feel important and special at their parties and of course have a fantastic time!
Personalising Every Party

I personalise every party to suit the likes and favourites of the birthday child.  Whether your son or daughter love Princesses or Pirates, Diggers or Dinosaurs, Sparkle or Spys, I can theme the games accordingly.  


For younger children your party may include –  singing, puppets, traditional games, parachute play, treasure hunts and much more


For older children your party may include - high energy games, potion making, scavenger hunts, exciting team challenges and much more.


From a discussion with you and your daughter/son we can personalise their party to suit them.  This ensures that all enjoy their special day.  
Taking away your stress

I bring all the games, music and prizes with me and will arrive early to help set up the first activity and game.  I aim to take the stress out of your day so you are able to enjoy watching your child celebrate.

 Steps to organising your party

Once you have decided you would like to book Penny Layne Parties and have completed the booking form: 


Before the Party

  • I will come to meet you and the birthday boy/girl to discuss their party and game ideas, I’m happy to try to incorporate any specific requests for games from the birthday girl/boy.
  • The visit also ensures the birthday girl/boy knows me prior to their party.  
  • Once you have decided where you would like to hold the party, whether that be at home or at a hired venue I will undertake a risk assessment for the venue.
  • I am also happy to help you decide the layout for the venue to ensure that the party flow is seamless.

On the Big Day

  •  I will arrive half an hour early at the venue to set up the first welcome activity and the first game activity which is always something that is not too scary for children who may be a little nervous at the start of the party.  
  • The welcome activity will occupy the first children to arrive whilst we wait for all the guests to come.  
  • Once all the guests have arrived the fun and games will begin. 
  • You are welcome to join in as much or as little as you wish with all the activities and games
  • Enjoy watching your child and their guests having an engaging  and fantastic time
You Do Not Have to Worry!

I am fully insured and CRB(DBS) checked
I bring everything for the games, including prizes and music with me, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

Party Prices
STANDARD PARTY 
What is included?

1 hour of party games and entertainment, all craft materials and prizes for up to 20 children.

£180

(Travel within 20 miles of Odiham is Free.  If you live further than 20 miles from Odiham please contact me for a travel cost quote.)
LONGER  PARTY 

Each additional half an hour is charged at £90


What is included?


An extra half an hour of engaging party games for up to 20 children


 
LARGER PARTY 

Parties with 21 children or more attending are charged at an hourly rate as follows:


21-30 children £270/hr


31-40 children £360/hr


41-50 children £450/hr

PAYMENT INFORMATION

To secure your booking I require a £50 deposit, which will be taken off your final bill.  Please ensure you reference your childs name when making payment.
